The sixth annual charity strongman contest, Lift For Lani 6. All proceeds will go to Crossroads for Women in honor of Coach Sonja's daughter Noelani Tideman who passed away in 2020. This is intended to be a strongman "fun run", appropriate for all levels and ages.
