A non-sanctioned "fun run" strongman contest with all proceeds going to help crossroads for women, a local non profit that helps women who suffer from addiction.
A "FUN RUN" STRONGMAN CONTEST FOR A GOOD CAUSE
Lift for Lani II will be on April 30, supporting Crossroads for Women (https://crossroadsabq.org/ ). This is a strongman contest designed for all ages and abilities. $25 to enter, $35 for a t-shirt
Tentative categories are:
Children (under 13)
M and F teens
M and F open (up to age 40)
M and F age 50-59
M and F age 60+
M and F "Hulk" division -- for those who actively compete in strongman and want more of a challenge
Note that any category with too few people in it might be combined with another category.

Floor-to-OH medley: Dumbbell, sandbag, barbell, log
Truck pull
Stone/med ball run
Deadlift medley with trap bar, axle and barbell
Mystery event
